This being exudes a certain menacing aura that I can't quite place. It knows something. Wonderful colors, whimsical, fun.

I have a particular fondness for the color palette chosen. This character speaks to me on many levels. You've done excellent work on the shading, the themes, the expression, the sort-of ethereal glow, chef's kiss. Inspired, truly.

This is giving me some real Scott Pilgrim vibes. Good composition, you really know your style.

Big influence for sure

Yes! Not enough love for the characters in the Mii Plaza. I'm really surprised there isn't more for Dr. Scarlet.

Mix it up here in my little bowl, say a few words and you lose control!

Love the fog and lighting, great line work as always. Keep up the good work.

I know nothing about you or the continuity of your characters. Having said that, I enjoy this one. Kind of reminds me of my sister. Gonna take a wild guess and say that she has some kind of fire/explosion powers based on the state of the hand she is trying to hide. Either that or this is like a Claire Bennet situation, she has some regeneration factor, and is trying to hide the fact that she just tested it out on her arm be it purposeful or accidental.

Ohoho! Not even close! When I was a kid I came up with so many ocs based on my weird dreams and 2000’s musics so her arm is her awakened powers of a new human evolution power that she was not born with but gifted to when mostly everyone in her time already have that power(well some not all, it’s by blood now) but the one who gifted the power to her is the god of life and rebirth. And I forgot some more stuff but I can say that those arrows thingies sparking out her hand are razor sharp and can cut thru mostly anything! They can be sharp, round, heavy, light, etc! But depends on finger and hand movements and if not controlled right can cause the persons fingers bones to break... :D

I've noticed that a lot of Trigger's works are different phases in coming-of-age tales. Becoming a man and a provider in Gurren Laggan, becoming a woman in Kill la Kill, experiencing your first love in Space Patrol Luluco, coming to terms with who you are as a person in Brand New Animal... sorry, I digress.

Wonderful work as usual, I enjoy the brush tool texture you use in these pieces.

I recently played this game again... but really I played it for the first time. I've played the demo version dozens of times and watched friends play it many more times than that. A few days ago, I was able to play it myself all the way to the end for the first time.

Along the way, I encountered another player that showed me the way. I stayed with them the whole way through. I got lost a couple times searching around, but they got me to the end in one piece. That final moment, that final ascent, it's beautiful, but it's even more so with a companion. Whoever that was, thank you, friend. Glad we crossed paths.

OKAY. ART REVIEW TIME.

This feels very authentic to the Journey experience. Love the way that shadows are played in this composition. The painted aesthetic is done exceptionally well here. As beautiful as the source material, may well be some of the best work on this sight. Stellar, outstanding, well done.

Mai... Miia... Maiia? Miaia? Amazing line work and colors. Something tells me that you sketch on paper, scan it, then use that as the base for digital. Good stuff.

Great usage of forced perspective here. Love the 'rgb' effect going across the 'screen'. Amazing work all around.
